Bryan Loya

Background Information

After earning his J.D. in 2014 from Drake University Law School with a Certificate in Business Law, Bryan received his L.L.M. in Business Law and Taxation from Drake in 2015. Bryan also earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business, with concentrations in Business and Law, and Asia. He has experience representing financial institutions and loan servicers in both Federal and State Courts across Iowa, in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. In addition, Bryan has substantially focused his practice in the areas of corporate law and real estate since being licensed in 2015.

Personal Activities and Interests

Bryan resides in Johnston with his fiancé, Rachael, and their four children. Bryan spends his free time volunteering as a Youth Track and Cross-Country coach for Johnston Running Club, as well as coaching Youth Triathlon and serving on the Board of Directors for Triathlon Racers of Iowa. Bryan enjoys training and racing as an endurance athlete in various distances, competing in everything from the Road Mile to 100 Mile Trail Ultramarathons and Sprint Triathlon to Full Ironman Triathlons. Bryan is an avid adventurer who loves spending time exploring in the mountains with his family.
